Journey Auto Glass

I had a vent window and windshield broken out of a 2001 Dodge Dakota. Called everywhere and found out even the dealer couldn't get the vent window because it was a discontinued part. Well called journey auto glass and Mr Travis saved the day. Got both parts the next day and then the next morning had a guy come out and replaced both pieces at a reasonable price. They did a awesome job. The guy who came out gave me a courtesy call before and after. These guys are very professional, courtesy, and definitely next level. I saved their number and will always use journey auto glass from now on. All I can say is thank you.

Could not be happier with the service provided by Sarah, Travis and John! And, was quoted a better price than the national brand. First-rate service, fast, and professional. I always want to support and recommend a great local business, and do so here. Highly recommended! Scott B. Wesley Chapel

It’s getting harder and harder this day and age to find people that not only are truthful but knowledgeable and seemed to really care about delivering top shelf service and value. I called a couple of the other corporate style glass shops for my 2003 Ford pick up. Some claim they couldn’t even get a windshield that old and others never returned the call. I randomly called Journey and spoke to Farrah. Based solely on her enthusiasm, knowledge and willingness to help I made the appointment. I was not disappointed. Travis installed my new windshield with the skill and care of a person that takes pride in his craft. Punctual, courteous and prepared he replaced my windshield with the skill of a surgeon. Left the vehicle spotless with no evidence a cracked windshield ever existed. 5 strong stars for Journey! Highly recommend.

I recently had the front windshield on my wife’s truck replaced by Journey Auto Glass, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Living in the Plant City area, I found their pricing to be the best in town, which was a pleasant surprise. From the moment I called, the communication was top-notch. Farrah, who I spoke with over the phone, was incredibly helpful and courteous. She ensured all my questions were answered and the scheduling process was smooth. Travis, the gentleman who installed the windshield, went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he do an excellent job with the installation, but he was also extremely accommodating. I had a special request regarding some customization on the windshield before installation, and Travis was more than willing to assist. He even offered to drop off the windshield a couple of days before my scheduled appointment so I could work on the dot matrix/fritz, which typically interferes with my window tinting. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail provided by Journey Auto Glass was exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass services. Thank you, Farrah and Travis, for making thi

A1 customer service and fair pricing. Travis is very polite and professional. He took my call late on a Friday afternoon and had me scheduled for Monday morning. It took an hour total time for him to remove and replace my windshield. The windshield is beautiful. And no mess left behind. Thank you Travis.
